Step 1:
LOGIN
- Point Browser to http://10.0.0.2
- When login screen appears, type in admin as the username and zoomadsl as the password
Step 2:
The step is only for users who want to connect one computer or desire to configure the modem for use with an external router such as Linksys Equipment or Dlink Equipment.
- Select manually
- Set encapsulations to 1483 Bridge LLC
- Set VPI to 0
- Set VCI to 35
- Set current connection to 'Enabled'
- Click 'Save Changes'
- Click 'Write Setting to Flash'
Step 3:
BRIDGED MODE
Steps 3 - 9 are only required for users who have configured their modems to operate in the 'Bridged Mode'.
- Click the start button
- Choose 'Connect Tp' from the pop up menu
- Proceed to Step 4
Step 4:
- Select 'Set up my connection manually'
Step 5:
- Select 'Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password'
Step 6:
- Type in a name for the broadband connections.
Step 7:
- Type in your username
- Type in your password
