Selective Call Forwarding (SCF) allows customers to ensure that certain calls reach you when you are away from your home or office. Only incoming calls that are on your SCF list are routed to the selected location. Other calls will be received in the usual manner.

To Activate Service:
SCF Service is activated by pressing *63. After gaining access, the customer can query feature status, activate or deactivate the screening, review the telephone numbers on the list, and add or delete telephone numbers by dialing a code as directed by a voice announcement. Changes to your SCF caller list are made using the telephone keypad. A Maximum of 12 directory numbers can be added.
