About Us

BTC is a comprehensive voice and data provider that has been delivering seamless end-to-end solutions for both business and residential customers in Bermuda for more than 100 years. We recognize that ongoing investment in local infrastructure is necessary in order to provide business and residential customers with the services that they demand, and are committed to providing quality services that are competitively priced and delivered in such a way that they are available to all.

Whether large or small, businesses require cost effective communications solutions that are scalable and can grow with the needs of their business. In order to support these needs, we enhanced our existing infrastructure in 2012 and built a robust, fiber based, carrier class network, called PRISM.

Ownership of infrastructure alone does not equate to success, it is the talent and progressive thinking of our employees that drive the products and services that we provide. In recognition of this contribution, BTC is committed to the ongoing development of our employees and that of the islands young people. Community involvement should not be viewed as a "corporate responsibility", but as a way for us to give back to the community that has made us successful, and ensure that the people of Bermuda continue to grow and prosper. As technology evolves and the needs of our customers will grow and change with it, BTC stands committed to developing and providing customers with these next generation services and products. Our actions will speak louder than words as we work towards becoming the company that many aspire to be and once achieving those goals, will strive for more.
