You will experience no service disruption during this upgrade. Our team is working to ensure that the change over to the new system is completely seamless.
How will the new billing system affect me?
The new billing system will help us serve you better and faster. You will also be able to access more detailed information about your account, which should help you to manage your account better.
Will I have to update my account information for the new system?
You will not need to update any of your account information when the new billing system goes live. We will be moving all of your information from the existing billing system to the new one.
When will I receive the new bill?
You will receive your new bill in the billing period immediately after the successful completion of the migration. Therefore, if the migration is completed in June, you will receive your new bill in July. We will be issuing notices in the media to let you know exactly when you will receive the bill.
What does the new bill look like?
The new bill format will be easier to read. It will feature itemized account information including details on all of your equipment and services.
Is there anything new or different that I should expect with the new bill?
On the new bill you will find an account number. This 8-digit number is unique to you and will be used to identify all of your account details. You will need to use this account number when paying your bills online or at the ATM, instead of your phone number.
