Changing an Existing Telephone Number
Changing your existing telephone number requires contacting a BTC Representative directly. You must be authorized to request this modification and may need to provide a reason for doing so.

Transferring an Existing Telephone Line to an Exisitng Customer
Requesting an existing telephone number to be transferred to another BTC existing customer requires a signed letter off authorization from the BTC account holder stating who the account will be transferred to.

Transferring an Existing Telephone Line to a New Customer
Requesting an existing telephone number to be transferred to a new customer, also requires a signed letter off authorization from the BTC account holder stating who the account will be transferred to. The new customer will also need to Establish a New Service by completing an Application for Telephone Service Form.
