The customer must supply the appropriate ADSL modem and PCI NIC card to benefit from the Service.

Due to the need for continual grooming and upgrading of the Company's telecommunications facilities, the Company does not warrant or guarantee that the customer supplied equipment will remain compatible with the Service or that the Service will continue to be maintained at the end-user's premises.

The Company does not warrant or guarantee the level of transmission service performance or speed, since the technology deployed to provision this service is rate adaptive based on a number of factors, including the length of the end-user's loop, the type of cable, and the quality and the conditions of the line at the time service is being used.
